Processing & Tracking

Orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM AEST are processed on the next business day.

Shipping is handled by Australia Post, and you will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

How do public holidays affect shipping times?

Australian public holidays are excluded from business days and may cause delays in delivery timeframes.

Are customs duties or import taxes included in my shipping cost?

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees depend on your destination country’s regulations and are not included in your shipping cost. These charges must be paid by you upon delivery.

What happens if my package is returned due to unpaid customs fees?

We are unable to offer returns, refunds, or reshipments for packages returned to us because customs duties or import taxes were unpaid.
