No — to keep your piece looking its best, avoid exposing it to direct heat, including ovens, microwaves, or dishwashers. These items are best suited for decorative use.
Each piece is sealed with a non-toxic, food contact safe, and heat-resistant coating to help protect against stains and moisture. However, they are primarily intended for decorative use. To maintain their finish and durability over time, we recommend avoiding direct contact with food or placing hot items directly on the surface.
If needed, gently rinse under warm water and dry immediately with a soft cloth. Avoid soaking or harsh scrubbing — a little love goes a long way!
Yes — absolutely. Each piece may have minor bubbles on the surface or base, as well as slight variations in colour and texture. These are not faults, but part of the natural, handmade process.
We work with a unique resin made from a reactive mineral base and a water-based binder. As the mixture is hand-poured into our moulds, air bubbles naturally rise to the surface, resulting in the soft, organic finish we love.
This process ensures no two pieces are ever exactly alike — and that’s what makes them special.

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please email us as soon as possible at info@monitestudio.com and we’ll do our best to update the address.
If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we’re unable to make any changes. In that case, we recommend reaching out to the carrier with your tracking details to see if they can assist.
Yes, we offer returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are in original, saleable condition. Please note, items with natural variations such as small bubbles, texture, or slight colour differences are part of the handmade process and not considered faults.
