RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

 

We want you to love your Monite Studio piece. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help with returns and exchanges — just check the details below.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns on full-priced items only, provided the following conditions are met:

• A return request is submitted and approved within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The item is returned in original, unused, and saleable condition, including all original packaging.
• The item is not a sale or custom-made item, as these are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• The return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We’re happy to help arrange a return label, but are not liable for any items lost or damaged in transit.
• A 10% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.
• We may request photos or documentation to assess the return before approval.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been approved:

• Return the item within 72 hours, with proof of postage.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 24 hours of receiving the returned item (excluding original shipping costs and restocking fees).

 

CANCELLATION & DELIVERY ISSUES

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if not shipped. Please email us at info@monitestudio.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
• Customers are responsible for re-shipping costs on parcels returned due to incorrect addresses.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@monitestudio.com, including clear photos of the item and packaging.

• We’ll arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.
• For damaged items, photographic evidence may be sufficient. In some cases, we may ask for the item to be returned.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Our return policy also applies to international orders. However:

• All return shipping costs, customs duties, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• Delivery delays or customs processing times are beyond our control.

 

A NOTE ON HANDMADE PIECES & IMAGERY

Every piece from Monite Studio is carefully handcrafted, which means subtle differences in colour, finish, or small air bubbles may be present. These natural variations are a result of the handmade process and part of what makes each item uniquely yours.

Please keep in mind that colours may appear slightly different in person due to lighting conditions and individual screen settings.
