SHIPPING & DELIVERY

By placing an order with Monite Studio, you agree that prices shown include GST where applicable, and that shipping and handling fees are applied at checkout.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Processing time is generally 2–7 business days after the order is placed. Orders received after 12pm AEST are processed from the next business day.
We will notify you if any delays occur on our end. However, once your order has been shipped, Monite Studio is not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post.

ORDER TRACKING

Tracking details are provided with every order. Once your package leaves our studio, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during delivery.
If your tracking shows as “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please contact Australia Post to initiate a claim. Monite Studio does not offer refunds or credits for deliveries confirmed as completed via tracking.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us at info@monitestudio.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, with photos of the product and packaging. We will offer a refund or replacement where applicable.

Orders returned to sender due to incorrect address or being unclaimed will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. As a small business, this covers time, materials, and shipping costs.

WEBSITE IMAGES & HANDMADE DISCLAIMER

All Monite Studio products are handmade, and by purchasing from us, you acknowledge that minor variations in colour, shape, or texture are expected and part of the artisanal process — not considered faults.
Product images on our website are for general reference only. Due to screen differences, lighting, and handmade nature, actual items may vary slightly in appearance.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for dissatisfaction with natural variations.
